Jacqueline greeted me very friendly as soon as I walked in and encouraged me to take off my shoes and take a quick nap from all angles on each mattress I wanted to try out, helped me out with delivery times. I ordered a washer at Superco at the end of April and wanted to have the washer delivered to my house before May. Ken, the manager of Superco, helped me and trying really hard to find the model I wanted. During this time, lots of containers were stuck at the port, and not many inventories were available. Ken was able to find me the washer after a few hours. I was so thankful that I could get the washer on time for my tenant to move in. Home Depot was not able to do it in a few days, plus they didn’t have lots of items in stock and have to wait 2-3 weeks. I am really pleased with Superco. It’s customer service and availability was great. I would strongly recommend this store, a super store to get house appliances. Thank you Ken, you are the best!

We had Superco to do our kitchen remodel in March 2021. Julie helped us to design the kitchen and made a visual representation of it. Julie spent a lot of time going over design ideas with us to make sure our kitchen looked beautiful and functions efficiently for all we need. The contractors were on time everyday and did work efficiently. Especially the contractor, Luke, he was just Top Notch, he was very responsible for his work and even extended his hours to complete everyday work. It was very pleasant to work with them.
